Mr. Shaver is responsible for marketing, corporate communications, and compliance for the Firm. He is well known for his career contributions including development and distribution of hundreds of investment products in the U.S. and abroad. Most recently, Troy was Vice Chairman of GoldK Investment Services, Inc., one of the first companies to offer a suite of fully integrated retirement plan solutions in an open platform. Troy’s past positions include President and CEO of State Street Research Investment Services and John Hancock Funds and Executive Vice President of Oppenheimer Funds. Troy is a graduate of Dartmouth College with a BA in Earth Sciences.
